The UM-75A - NC is a smart thread rolling machine for high-precision and high-hardness threads. It replaces traditional hydraulics with a high-precision servo motor and a touch screen (HMI) computer system.

•  Easy Screen Touch (Thru-feed & In-feed):Switch between short parts (in-feed) and long bars (thru-feed) with one touch on the screen.

•  Smart Program & Memory: Easily set feed speeds and rolling times on the screen. The computer saves all settings for each job. Next time, just do a quick manual die matching and press one button to reload the data.

• More Torque (Servo + Gearbox): The servo motor works with our own multi-speed gearbox. It creates massive power to easily roll ultra-hard metals.

•  Linear Guideways (Ultra-Smooth): The feeding system uses high-quality linear rails. It moves very smoothly with low friction and no shaking, ensuring perfect thread quality.

Why Servo is Better Than Hydraulics

Traditional hydraulic systems have errors when the oil gets hot, dirty, or leaks. Our servo system directly controls the feeding. It is highly accurate, stays stable, and ensures every finished part has the exact same size.
