The UM-50A - NC is a smart thread rolling machine designed for high-precision, high-hardness, and perfect thread rolling.The biggest technical breakthrough of this model is completely replacing the traditional hydraulic system with a high-precision servo motor to drive the feeding mechanism. 


Thru-feed & In-feed :
You can easily choose in-feed processing for short parts and unlimited thru-feed processing for long workpieces with just one touch. 

Smart Programming & Incremental Feeding:

The user interface allows you to digitally program the incremental feed points & speeds and dwell times. The system saves the feed positions, speeds, and other parameters for each workpiece. When running the same job again, after a quick manual die matching adjustment, simply press one button to load the settings,making the process fast and easy.

Servo-driven feeding with an in-house multi-speed gearbox for high torque, plus upgraded high-rigidity linear guideways for ultra-smooth, no stick-slip feeding.

 Rock-Solid Structure:

Built from tempered FC-25 cast iron for exceptional rigidity and durability. It stays stable under heavy rolling pressure with no shaking, loosening, or lifting 

No hydraulics means no oil-related errors. Enjoy stable, accurate positioning and consistent part sizes.
